PSX BackUp Games are offering the service of backing up your PSX software, in order to protect your original copy from damage. Backups are allowed under copyright law, and you are entitled to a backup service by law.

By ordering a title from us, you are implying that you currently own the original copy of that title. We will supply a title to you on that basis only.

If you imply that you do not own the original title, we can not and will not supply the backup disk.

If you sell your original software you will destroy the CDR Backup of that title. If you do not then you will be in illegal breach of copyright law.

We are providing a service only, which will not be held accountable for you, the purchasers, use.
